| Comments:The original book of Stocks and Brands for Berrien County, Georgia, was found in an unlikely location and retrieved and scanned through the tireless efforts and generosity of time of members of the Berrien County Historical Society. Please visit their terrific website (http://berriencounty.smugmug.com/). Thanks to them. I have copied and pasted the records for my Watson ancestors and made a composite image, which see. Below, the records are transcribed. Wording and spelling has been preserved, but the irregular spacing of the originals and font styles (such as underlined superscript)have not been preserved.
